Detroit nurse kidnapped from local hospital found dead; suspect at large

A source confirmed Sunday, Patrice Latoya Wilson was found Sunday morning deceased with multiple gunshot wounds. Wilson, police say was found in the trunk of a vehicle in a Novi parking lot.
